Every measure is taken to prevent damage to your purchase in packaging. This may require the use of special packaging, foam, tissue paper and cardboard. The ultimate goal is to get your purchase to you in it's original condition.
Shipping is only done through a trackable carrier. You will be e-mailed a tracking reference when your order has been shipped so that you may follow it's progress. Carriers include FedEx Ground, Purolator, and Expedited Parcel. The determining factor in choosing a carrier is your location.
Returns Policy
If any item you receive from us is damaged or defective, simply return it within 15 days of receipt of the product.
Returning an Item
1. obtain a return authorization number by calling 780.451.4992
You will be asked to supply your invoice number, your reason for the return and a description of the condition of the product.
2. ship product return by a traceable carrier or by a method stipulated on the return authorization.
After the shipment is received and processed by our returns center, you will be refunded for the cost of the product and sales tax. Shipping charges are not refundable except in unusual circumstances. Processing your return, once we receive it, usually takes four business days.
All special order items are subject to original manufacturers policy and warrantees. Any product that may contain limitations to this policy will be clearly stated in the description of that product.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on this site. The colours you see will depend on your monitor and therefore we cannot guarantee colour accuracy.
